RETURNS

 

The customer has the right to return the goods purchased in the store within 14 calendar days from receiving the shipment on the terms described in the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271, as amended)
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent to skylineaviators@gmail.com within 10 days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
Products should be properly secured during transport.
Send the parcel by post or courier to our address: Skyline, Sikorska 12, 04-653 Warsaw.
We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery or the "e-shipment" service.
The return procedure applies only to goods that have original tags and do not bear visible signs of use beyond the ordinary management (possibility of familiarizing yourself with the item).
Failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for not considering the return of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
After we receive the package, you will receive information from us within a maximum of 7 working days whether the return has been accepted or not. If accepted, you will receive a refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction. If the payment has been made on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated in the statement.
If you send us a package via Poczta Polska, keep the proof of postage - this will be the basis for your complaint in the event of loss of the package.
For the sake of your hygiene and safety, our masks are disinfected before shipment and placed in sterile foil packages. As these are personal use items, for our common safety, we do not accept returns of masks.

 

EXCHANGE

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer the possibility of exchanging goods. The reason is simple. Items sold by us disappear quickly from our warehouse and we cannot guarantee that the product will be available when you want to exchange it.
Instead of an exchange, you can simply send back the purchased item and we will refund your money to your account. If you like something different or need a different size - re-order.

 

COMPLAINTS

 

In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to make a complaint about the purchased goods.
If the products have been delivered to you damaged, different from what you ordered or not in accordance with the contract, please write to us at shop@skylineaviators.com.
Pack the returned product in the original foil and the return form in an envelope or a poly mailer.
Send the parcel by post or courier to our address: Skyline, Sikorska 12, 04-653 Warsaw.
After receiving the package, you will receive an e-mail confirming its receipt.
The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days.
In the event of a justified complaint, the store will reimburse any transaction costs incurred by the customer.
Transaction costs are refunded by bank transfer.
Complaints regarding the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered and received, which result from the difference in the settings of the Customer's monitor parameters, in particular the difference in colors and shades, do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
Complaints are considered in accordance with the Act of June 27, 2002. on special conditions of consumer sale and on the amendment of the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended).
The store is not responsible for the non-compliance of the consumer goods with the contract if the buyer knew about this non-compliance or, judging reasonably, should have known.
Complaints are not subject to:
- natural wear and tear of the product

- mechanical damage

- apparent defects visible upon receipt of the package, and not reported immediately after their discovery

- discoloration

- getting wet
